How it all works...

Christian Action Ministries is a non-denominational local organization dedicated to providing caring assistance in Christ's name to people in crises. CAM provides emergency assistance with up to 3 days of food. In 2009, over 5000 families were given assistance by CAM.

Each year Christian Action Ministries food pantry distributes over 200 thousand of pounds of food and grocery products to hungry and needy people in our community. This distribution process is made possible by companies in the food and grocery industry and individuals who regularly donate surplus, distressed, and damaged food and grocery items to us so we may help those Taney county families who need it most. Whether you are interested in donating a bag of groceries or a truckload of fresh bananas, a pallet of close-to-code granola bars, or a case of toothpaste, we truly appreciate the help.

Each day, hunger is experienced in every community across this country. In fact, our organization feeds over 500 neighbors each month.
